I collect tarot cards and I have noticed that over time the one deck I go back to and use over and over again is the deck I started with. Not only because I am less afraid of "tainting" them or making them dirty but also because we just get each other I guess. Easy shuffling, they always give me the answers I am looking for, etc. And I know them the best and they know me the best I guess.

BTW, her evaluations of the cards are very optimistic, especially with the Devil card, my my. Pulling out a negative card is actually positive because it will help you alter the course. Just pointing this out.

My mom gave me a Tarot set a few years back. I never really messed with them, but I've always kept them in a safe bag inside a locked wooden box with a crystal. I'm just now getting into them, and I'm eager to learn more about my deck. It's beautiful, with tapestry artwork. Still, the cards are so pretty to me that I'm afraid of wearing them down from using them to much.

Tarot Cards are often used by Wiccans(Witches). Anyone can use them, you have to know what to do. Believing in the Tarot, as I personally observed, helps. i'm new to the Tarot and didn't quite understand ho to use it from reading the book that came with them. I did 2 readings on myself as I read and they were nearly on the dot, my questions were answered, some I already knew but had to be told again.

This made me feel kind of sad. I never wanted a deck of tarot cards, but today at the Salvation Army I was drawn to a little cubby hole shoved out of view very strongly. I was sure there was going to be a crystal goodie there, but instead I found a deck of tarot cards never used, in the box with the paper band still around them. I certainly will treat them with more care after watching this video.

By cleansing them yes. However, if the cleansing doesn't work, then I would look to gift those cards to someone else to whom they speak and find a new deck. It is typically best if you are gifted Tarot cards rather than purchasing them yourself. The act of giving helps to add a positive vibration to the cards.
