That's very good and healthy recipe. And really love the way it brings the broth taking mushrooms first. Thanks for sharing. From Sri Lanka...

I'll make it today and give a update ☺️. I used mushroom, cabbage and carrots . Honestly it tasted good , it was spicy but also crunchy because of the veggies , whereas the noodles and corns added a softness to it. It just felt a bit less chatpata to me so added a bit of spices and seasonings. Overall I give a 4.5 / 5. But do try it , it's amazing 👍

stir fried veggies instead of blanched veggies is traditionally what's use and imo makes it more complex. also miso is a must imo to add to the broth to get the umami flavor that is ramen. or different types of mushrooms will also add umami. white button mushrooms are pretty bland on their own imo. the chili oil sounds great I'll have to start making my own!
@chefbhumika83152 жыл бұрын
Absolutely! Miso adds a lot of flavour, unfortunately it's not very easily available here. So I made the best of what I had 😇
@ninjaturtles121212 жыл бұрын
@@chefbhumika8315 oh really that sucks. I literally can't cook w/o miso anymore! I don't even use salt. I even use miso in lieu of salt in Indian curries. that chili oil looked bomb tho! you made it look so easy! I will def be trying that!

It was good but two problems with the recipe that you cannot use any kind of noodles for ramen as there's a specific kind of ramen nood and secondly not a mistake but please use chopsticks for ramen. After making such a beautiful bowl you are spoiling it with the fork.

it's not compulsory to use chopsticks for ramen, fork is faar better than dumb chopsticks, also people can choose whatever way they are comfortable with.
