Congress concentrated mainly on more theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge. As a Civil Engineer I know how worst having less practical knowledge. But BJP in new education policy gave more preference to the practical knowledge. But so-called educated was not liking the more practical knowledge based education. And BJP even brought Startup India , Standup India schemes for employment creation. And brought skill India scheme to make people to gain the knowledge which helps them to create their startups, business. But so-called educated not even liking the startups and blaming bjp for employment. BJP even removed angel tax for startups to save them. But so-called educated were not even have knowledge about what is those schemes and blindly bark against government by listening opposition parties. And they call themselves as a educated. 😆😆😆😆😆

@@vishnurajbhar007he already told that at that time unemployment rate was 36% but now it's 85% that's why today's education system needs changes ....also AI came now only .....so these things change with time ....at that time there was need to improve literacy rate but now that literacy rate is high we need quality education.....so ur argument is just lame .....use ur brain or do some research ......

@@Lakshdeep-f4z I think brother you also need to use some of your brain. Education is not something which you get in a day or month or year. It takes decades to get educated or educate a population. And also it is a system which you cannot change in a few years. So such things should have been planned many decades ago. Your logic that literacy rate was low that is why quality was not there is beyond rationality. Also quality is not the concern here it is relevance of education, quality takes time with experience people improve their skills. The current government came up with a new education policy at least, which I don't think Congress was even thinking of coming up with anytime.

Sofar lakhs of dishonoured people have been granted loans .if atleast 25%of them are real there would have been good scope of employment and could be some।contribution to reduce trade deficit.. Enter prenureship ability will have a proximity and will be limited to only challenging personalities. You being a civil Engineer no need for me to say that how much of hardware , sanitory & flooring tiles and interior materials are being imported .. IF Govt put his good effort to boost up internationam trade and make provisions for suataining of domestic industries it will be helpful to society and nation as well in all angles

@@loserang2877 the reason why corporate tax is decreased is to make companies to survive and sustain. Because of high taxes many companies were becoming bankrupt and few MNCs were quiting India. So government reduced corporate tax.

The 15th FC recommended 41 per cent to the states "from the divisible pool". As a result of cess and surcharge, which is not part of the" divisible pool' the states are getting 32 per cent in effect.. This is something the 16th FC should look into and try to fix it. In federal countries like india "the states" have huge responsibility especially towards the health and education of the masses and need funds. Thanks kapil sibal ji for such a fact. I didn't know this.

Very good speech with proper data and analysis. Knowledge justified with the position he holds. Unlike most of the members of Parliament. Makes much sense, but alas most of the countrymen will not be able to articulate. Increasing allocation will only result in increasing the cut in the money the minister takes home. (UNFORTUNATELY). He talks well, but only issue is he supports corrupted people and represent them in parliament. At least at this age you should do what you say and set example.

As a part of Education and skill development, I had an idea, that I had submitted in a forum at IIT Kharagpur.. when I was a student there. Logo k purane TV, fridge and other electrical and electronics items ko Institute me la k.. usko Summer Internship me, 1st, 2nd year k students se thik karwana chahiye. Is se unko practical experience bhi hoga aur un logo ka TV, Fridge etc. free me thik bhi ho jayega.. People, Professors and students can be very innovative about it.😮

Kapil sibal's speach on unemployment explained elaborately. Some of his suggestions may be relvent in the present scenario. State govts are not absorbing what actually employments needed. As per kapil sibal sir ,agricultural sector has vast provisions to accommodate them on based technological system. Other agriculture allied activities could also provide.why our youth go out of country for jobs why india is not creating jobs in order to prevent them from going abroad .

Potato price in trivandrum as on 22 nd july 2024 is Rs. 82.00 .Potatoes come to the south mainly from north indian states. Farmers may get 10.00 or 15.00 for ther produce . Contract farmers who sell bulk quantity to multinational giants may get Rs 3. Or Rs 4 per kg Per Kg. In the open market middle men make approximately Rs 60.00 per Kg . Modi and Nirmala re not bothered about such matters. Modi has motivated MBA graduates and Engineering graduates to make samossas and pakodas and sell in streets. If we get potatoes at 82.00 and onion at 62.00 how will the youth sell pakodas and Samossas.What should be the price of samossas and pakodas . Do they ve any reply for this. Can Modi explain how 83 % of the youth will survive . Modi could find resources for Ram temple, for Patel s statue for the new parliament and for other projects . The Ambanis , The Adanis , Modi and the BJP has grown in the last 10 years and millons of our country struggle to find their daily bread . I saw the arrogance of the finance minister in the parliament during the budget session . Our country has run in the wrong direction under the leadership of Modi and his team in the last 10 years and still they have only plans that promote religious conflicts and create divisions and calamities among various sessions of the society. So sad .

As far India is concerned which has a population of 140 crore , providing employment opportunities for educated, talented, skilled youth in Govt departments is an herculean task but the task can minimise by providing more employment opportunities by establishing new factories, workshop, industrial area, starting new startups business etc and the main task is to curtail the growth rate of population as with the increase of population, food production and employment opportunities should also increase,other wise our nation would have the fate of srilanka .
