We have very few shipyards. Our capacity for building new ships is less than 1% of global capacity. We are far behind the leading nations for 'shipbuilding and repairs'. China, Japan, Korea, Philippines and Vietnam and many other countries are ahead of us. Shipbuilding capacity of China is 100 times of India. Our shipowners buy ships from foreign shipyards. Yet our Govt is not doing anything to improve the Shipbuilding capacity in the country. I think India should invest at least 10000 cr every year for the next 10 years and build new shipyards along the East and West Coasts.

साधारण बजट। बेरोजगारों को रोजगार के अवसर मिले तभी बजट सफल कहा जा सकता है खासकर मध्यम वर्ग पर ध्यान दिया जाता तो। लेकिन साथ ही यह भी देखना होगा की 138 करोड़ की आबादी को मुफ्त टीकाकरण किया गया एंगल एक टीके की कीमत 500 भी मान के चले तो 13800000000×500=6900000000000 इतने रूपयो में तो लाखों लोगों को रोजगार और कई अत्याधुनिक हथियार भारत के पास होते। हमें हर पक्ष को देखना होगा। साथ में यह भी जब तेल के दाम पूरे विश्व में कम था तब भी भारत में कम नहीं हुआ। प्राकृतिक ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा मिलना चाहिए। ऐसे सेक्टर खोलना चाहिए जिससे लोगों को रोजगार मिलता तो अच्छा होता। रोजगार के अवसर निर्यात बढ़ाने पर ही मिलेगा। इंटरनेट का डेली डाटा तो जरुरी नहीं है और है भी लेकिन जो पैक 149 में मिलता था आज वो लगभग 300 हो गया है। जब देश आजाद हुआ था तब प्राइवेट सेक्टर को सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र बनाया गया था लेकिन अब नाजिश के तहत सबको प्राइवेट सेक्टर में बदला जा रहा है।

What I want to say to you is; yes Hindi is not the original language of India but there is a lots of things which we have adopted. Tamil is obviously oldest language which is still in use but it's not necessary for every one to learn Tamil too. We are living in a diverse country where thousands of language is spoken and everyone love their mother tongue and if everyone will say learn my lang. it would be impossible and forcing someone to learn something can create a devastating image. And Hindi is not the national language of Pakistan it's Urdu. And Mr. Pankaj kumar Pritam everyone don't know Hindi in and they don't need to know too as you don't know English or Tamil or Telugu or kannada so please respect the people and multiculturalism of India. Because hindi is the mother tongue of just 40% Indians, while the remaining 60% don't understand hindi. So in order to avoid that, budget is presented in English as it is a common language for both hindi speakers as well as non hindi speakers.
