If there are two castes in India, 1.people who are in poverty 2.people who eradicate poverty Then isn't that good that reservations have to give those people whose are in poverty caste but not to whom those are made by man made caste......??

But how to decide who is poor and who is not? For example, suppose government decides that a person (of a family) earning a income of, let us say, ₹5000/month comes under economically backward class, and gives reservation for those. But, what about people who earn ₹5500/month. And, what about people who are coming out of poverty. How will the government come to know about them. This, in my view is a very big problem. Not that these can't be solved, but I think it will cost a huge sum. Caste based reservation is bad, no doubt about it, but it is still more feasible to give than the economic based.
