Opportunities are equal. There are less women lawyers and may be women are less capable considering the nature of job. This is the main reason for less representation of women in judiciary.

we have to more emphasis on knowledge and skill rather than gender. however currently 2 Women in the Supreme Court are working out of 34 judges somewhere which show discrimination in the judiciary. gender equality need not only in judiciary but also in the other sectors also.

Really didn't like meenakshi's takes. She thinks women don't succeed because they drop out early and don't have it to push through and adapt to the rigour, kind of felt she had an air of superiority to other women. Why do women drop out early? Should that not be looked into? After getting married and having kids, it's always the woman who has to nurture the kids for at least 5 years and its very difficult to dedicate yourself to a career which I cut throat. Some people prefer being there for kids rather than having a nany and it's always women who have to sacrifice. When these five years are lost, how will you cope up with the demanding career ? Having kids means more likely than not that you will have extremely stressful and sleepless nights for two years straight and fathers don't have to suffer all these setbacks which leads to them being fully dedicated and immersed in their careers. If you're not rich enough, the women has to come back home and cook as well, which leads to precious time lost where they could've studied more and spent extra time to max their power level. I've seen this in my own home, mom and dad both work but mom had to take a part time job after kids, cook and nurture us while dad was achieving heights in his career. They both were in the same field. Even in covid it's more stressful for women. I loathe such women who portray themselves as being superior and look down on other women for "dropping out" and not being rigorous enough. Yeh kregi women empowerment?
