The Constitution of India was adopted on November 26, 1949, and came into force on January 26, 1950. The document outlines the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the government, as well as the fundamental rights and duties of citizens.

Constitution is med for only hindu sc, st obc.not for Mulla musalman.because bharat is divided into two parts for the seck of muslim jamati pakistan the.other part of bharat.thatswhy no any place in indian constitution.
