I always perceived history of Delhi sultanate to be a boring part filled with difficult to remember chronology of rulers who built unattractive structures around Delhi, without much cultural richness during the time and not much impact on the present (since I only considered the Mughal rule to be the reason for all the Muslim influence and culture that we see in Indian society today). This series has completely changed my perception (special thanks to DU professor Late Shri Sunil Kumar).I’m now able to appreciate the history of Delhi sultanate much better only because of this series. Thanks to RSTV for producing this show and my respect to the teachers in the show for imparting this knowledge.

My heart is bleeding to see these historical places in such a terrible condition. This only happens to Muslim monuments in India.
