I appreciated the valid points raised by Prof. C. B. Sharma and Prof. Saklani. I wish that more and more people would try to address the significant gaps in the present Education system. I am confident about what you said had a noteworthy impact on many of us. Thank you!

Observations and comments of Prof Sharma are highly appreciated. There should be a deep thought on recruitment process and assessment of quality of teaching. At the same time there should be optimum freedom to teachers followed by complete accountability on them for the outcomes. Prof Sharma rightly focused on quality implementation of the NEP 2020 would be the key to the success of this great policy of our country. Highly appreciated to the bold remarks and comments of Prof C. B. Sharma for the future of our country strengthening the quality and success of Primary Education in India. We must make our Public institutions to perform to meet the expectations of our country.

Main problem in college 1.student attendance in college .. there should digital attendance of student and teachers in college . 2. Moreover, active participation of teacher and student in practical knowledge and research. 3. Private college demand for extra 💰 for not attending college 4. Rote memorization is promoted in colleges 5. EVEN question paper are leaked in coaching institution and student goes to coaching than to college.

EDU CREATION Being civilised, deciplined and successful is not something that comes in hand in a go but it has some process and the vital part of the process is education. Education is a bridge that connects a person with the growth and the reason why its important to take care of this . India is a youth dominating nation which is an advantage for the country for the perspective of growth and development but for that we can't stick to the guns ie we must be volatile in nature especially if its about education of the country. Its true that for a country to be highly educated youth , there is need of high number of education institution with a decent count of teachers in it etc and foe this reason the govt of india is doing its hard to make a reform in this. The new recommendations by the govt has focussed on the number of universities plus a proper number of faculty as well . As mentioned by the experts that we have 80 percent of private institution and 20 percent of public education institutions where the maximum number of students studies. The gap is because of the fees difference between pvt and public institute so that is something we need to focus on as many mentioning to prioritise the private sector we need to see why the huge influx in public institutions that is the first point that need to be studied for reform. We need more education institutions which should be such that is perfectly affordable for poor students as well and apart this the main lapse ie lack of teacher in universities has to be filled up which not only improve employment opportunities but also give boost to the education reform. Material and human infrastructure should go hand in hand so that the education institutions is not called as a degree producing factory but a developed youth with sucess.

The observations made by prof sharma and Prof saklani are thought provoking and need some action from stakeholders. Especially all the governments what ever the party should not intervene in the appointment of any cader starting from vice chancellor to assistant professors .The retirement age should be same for central and state universities that is 65 years in order to facilitate appointments at higher levels- associate prof and prof level.

Education which shapes humanities, in a better way to deal day to day challenges around us. we have been doing Educational reforms from time to time as per the requirement. As we look into our past we could see that some educational reforms we had by the Britisher, but hiding the purpose behind it, that they are interested to build the workforce, who work in the lower administrative function, like clerk job. some reform we had in past, but that was limited and selective to a certain class not for all. After independence, we have given universal adult franchise to all without discrimination after that education to all, which is provided in our fundamental rights as well as in fundamental duties. However Constitution provides us rights, but due to lack or we can say a political will is missing to curb the problem of our school, university. what is the problem in their way to deliver the education, what kind of reform they required, so they can meet up the in industry demand. At present we are less spending on our education as per the requirements. The major portion is captured by the private university and schools. The new reform permits the deemed university to use the term university, so they can get better attention from the govt for their growth and best practices. As we compare our education system with the foreign countries' university we can easily find that how much we are lagging behind them. Some of the reforms we had in 2020, new education reform after many years, let's see how is it going to be implemented to bring a massive change in our education structure.

India's government colleges like IIT IIM DU JNU are the best and can be afforded by Commom students. Private university which take 1 crore fees in a year can take country to nowhere. Self financing system should not be brought in univeristies, as these private univeristies will finance themselves by increasing the fees for studnets

Yes, these panel members are just trying to make univeristies only for elite section of society who have resources to give crore of rupees as fees. Self financing of univeristies means that univeristies will increase fees to meet it's costs and the government will not give any money and univeristy will self finance it's expenses.
