It's starting phase if it will succeed then we move on to the next gen ... Btw 4 5 nm chips are in phone and laptop... But in the appliances cars bike there is also a requirement of chips that chips do not need so much of power where we use these chips ... Btw we r working in 28nm technology not 1k

I think you missed the introduction part of the video envisaging the necessity of semiconductor and its crisis pre and post COVID. The uses are multidimensional and so are it's structural and technical features. Definitely not limited to 13-14 nm which are the mass production chips tending to 2-3 nm aimed in 2025 by global players...
