Root cause is casteism. "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction". Once there was a time when there were no access of education,clean water, higher job to such people. There were practice of untouchability and discrimination on the basis of caste etc. Now also in many region, it is practiced. I myself can see this in my society. In rural areas it happens at extream level. B. R Ambedakar had reached higher position on his own while going through inequality and exploitation. He had a very tough time to even access the education and then he used such power to bring revolution against inequality on the basis of caste. Demolish inequality on the basis of caste, then demolish reservation. It is illogical to discriminate on the basis of caste. Why certain group of people is called "lower caste" or "upper caste" just because their ancestors were engaged in certain job.

पांडे जी, मैं कोरोना के टाइम AIIMS में ड्यूटी पे था और मैंने एक अजीब चीज देखा। चुकी AIIMS में किसी को बिना पैरवी के सीट नहीं मिल रही थी, मैंने देखा 90 पर्सेंट केस में जो भर्ती के लिए आ रहा था वो कही ना कही अपने जाति मंत्री, विधायक या सांसद या IAS IPS, ke पैरवी से आ रहा था। तब मुझे इस बात का अहसास हुआ जी आज भी सामाजिक पूंजी हर जाति का अलग अलग है । दलित का सामाजिक पूंजी कम है तो एक दो ही लोग आ पा रहे थे।

Read the 'satti pratha' where women have burnt alive just for tradition. Read about 'Breast tax' And now imagine how much they suffer. From last 3000 years 15%of the population had enjoyed 100,%of reservation in all areas and lived luxury life. And now that exploited section of society is getting chance of upliftment than than the so called casteist mentality people is having problems, Actually reservation is not there problem equality and justice is there problem they doesn't want that, the Exploited and suppressed society get chance of equality and better Life. Isnted of lifting them up with sympathy, And treating every one as your brother they try to to suppress them again. Thanks to Dr Ambedkar for the constitution and fighting for rights of suppressed. Otherwise the 80% of the population is still have been living the life of labourers. Now think how any country can become developed if the 80% population is kept away From education and have been treated like Animals. We saprated 80% of the people to contribute in nation building, giving idias, using there brain in development. we restricted and limited them up to labouring. - That's why India is the biggest country of labour. Now they are getting their rights and better chance of upliftment. Than then the people's with casteist mentality is opposing them. How SHAMEFUL it is Instead of taking about betterment of nation, about proverty, better idias of developmental. Working combinedly(all sections together) in nation building, The so-called casteist peoples are blaming on SC ST OBC. Because they want there development any way possible. They doesn't cares about country and nation shouting for nationalism day and night just for the political agendas. Dr.Ambedkar has given the philosophy of Liberty, equality, justice, fraternity Because without upliftment of exploited Aand suppressed section of the society it is impossible to stablished an healthy and developed society. Because development is not limited to economy alone development is about giving better life to the all sections of the society in all aspects of life. This country need the power of contribution not competition, when every indian is contributed towards nation building than only this country become developed.
