𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
A mobile arm equipped with a vacuum box picks up the pieces from the upper row and moves them to a pressure roller mechanism to propel them onto a roller conveyor. A broom before the pressure roller drops the sticks into a tray provided by the customer at the foot of the APV. After releasing the row of pieces, the movable arm returns to position to pick up the next row.
The chain side feeder is designed for feeding speeds up to 150 feet per minute of fixed or varied length material. The parts are automatically aligned on the infeed table by perpendicular rows of C2060 chains. A pneumatic system lowers the carriage from the chains between each feeding cycle preventing unnecessary side friction and material marking.

Cette ligne est destinée principalement aux entreprises qui produisent des composantes dans une moulurière et qui fabrique quotidiennement une grande quantité de moulures destinés à divers marchés, de façon automatisée sans recourir à des opérations manuelles.

𝗙𝗼𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁
Un bras mobile équipé d’une ventouse ramasse les pièces de la rangée supérieure et les déplace vers un mécanisme de rouleau presseur pour les propulser sur un convoyeur à rouleaux. Un balai placé devant le rouleau de pression laisse tomber les bâtonnets dans un plateau fourni par le client au pied de l’APV. Après avoir libéré la rangée de pièces, le bras mobile revient en position pour ramasser la rangée suivante.
Le dispositif d’alimentation latérale par chaîne est conçu pour des vitesses d’alimentation allant jusqu’à 150 pieds par minute de matériau de longueur fixe ou variable. Les pièces sont automatiquement alignées sur la table d’entrée par des rangées perpendiculaires de chaînes C2060. Un système pneumatique abaisse le chariot entre les chaînes à chaque cycle d’alimentation, évitant ainsi les frottements latéraux inutiles et les marques sur le matériau.

@jamescordiner5463 Depend on the application, but this concept may takes less floorspace and will normally be less costly than a gantry style vacuum detstacker. Ont the negative side, the stack height can not be higher than the passline of the equipement which is possible with a vacuum destacker
