My question is how do you get your hands on all that paint? I've seen some huge tags especially on rail cars. Each can cost a minimum of $4.00. I can't imagine but some of these tags have got to use a few cases of spray paint cans. So I'm sure there has to be a few hundreds of dollars in paint.
