Thanks for the video. Would you say that 7k oil was the right choice? Maybe go thicker? Thanks for your feedback!

@@erniiaylien yes actually 10k would have been better.. I had 7k only so used that but even then I get real good control of the car with the 35amp hobbywing esc and this diff oil combo.

Thinking of buying this since my e revo 1/16 breaks alot and inhyste to work on my cars. Ive heard this car is very hard to work and i want to know tour opinion on it since it makes me hesitate to buy it :/

It's tough and durable but working on it is tedious...the screws in particular are a bit irritating to remove on the shock tower for center brace. But it's fun to drive for sure

Question: is the metal upgrade a good thing to get for the hyper go h14bm?
@Boogie_the_cat3 ай бұрын
What metal upgrade are you talking about ? If you mean metal control arms (A-arms) then no, they're a bad idea. Metal arms will cause damage to your diff housing in a crash. You need to be specific, there's more than 1 metal upgrade so I have no idea what you're asking .

My top brace screws are so tight its like the poured a bottle of loc tite in each end. I have no idea how ill get this thing apart 😢 such a shame because it runs fantastic. Just got it a few hours ago and what a let down when i go-to take it apart.
@RdkAllDAY9825 күн бұрын
Unscrew the skid plate a bit and you can take the bottom part off. My chassis bar is forever apart of it lol the diffs in these are horrible I’ve had to replace the little pins holding the axle shaft 4 plus times. Very sad
@eliflynn728216 күн бұрын
They super glued it at the factory. Alot of people said the same thing. It's either super glue or red locktight
@eliflynn728216 күн бұрын
I have nothing but trouble with this rc. It breaks diffs, doesn't steer right, and everytime I fix one thing another thing breaks. It's like it hates me.
@Boogie_the_cat3 ай бұрын
Good, but you left out the step where you need to use a flamethrower to heat up all the LocTite packed into the center brace screws. Seriously, they flood that area with superglue or something and though the screw head is large, it'll strip anyway. This is only half a joke, because if those heads strip, you're gonna have a bad time. Mine had about 3 gallons of some adhesive in it.

How was your experience with the diffs?
@StudyConcentrate-y1z5 ай бұрын
@@t3flozmine was god
@eliflynn728216 күн бұрын
So is the front. They use cheap screws for the diffs. Also it's too heavy overall. You need different diffs with metal casings. The telescoping cvds are a huge weight on the diffs too. You can lower the rear and use regular cvds and it helps.
