And GMK87 is VIA compatible which some people prefer. Kinda miss the usb passthrough tho. That's the best feature in the Lam-ang Pro that I think some budget boards should have

I started with the Rakk Ilis because the Lam-Ang boards were always out of stock. Unrelated, but since magnetic cases are becoming popular now with the CSTM80 and Monokei Kei V2 I hope they'd release a more premium version of that keyboard. I bought mine in 2021 as a birthday gift and managed to sell it this year.

This is a better choice if warranty/customer support ang habol mo. Pero sa budget madaming other options to choose from lalo na ang Leobog at GMK barebones. - It's a disappointment that they upgraded their famous Lam-Ang but removed the dedicated volume scroll and replaced it with a screen which you're not going to look at always. - The software is similar with the Langtu LT84's software. For its barebones price, you can get the Leobog Hi75, Leobog Hi8(with voucher) and the GMK 87 (cheaper with voucher).

Rakk cancelled my Dec 1 pre-order just a little under 5 hours ago lmao - I'm guessing they don't ship around the first week of January because of New Year breaks. Stoked to get my hands on one, although I am going to miss the physical wheel.

This is an okay choice for the price but for a couple more budget you can get the Hi75 or the sugar65. I got my Hi75 at around 2.4k pesos with shopee vouchers. If you can explore more vouchers and deals i think that both of those is better than this one considering the price, you get an aluminum keyboard and a good stock lubed stabs in my experience. All in all i do appreciate rakk for making the effort to catchup with its keyboard products. I also made a stock soundtest of the Hi75 on my channel for those curious how it sounds

I mainly wanted the video to focus on the board itself and bring attention to any competition in the budget TKL segment. I'm sure alot of people already know that the 75% and 65% market are absolutely thriving because of the new affordable aluminum boards coming into the scene. Until we get affordable aluminum TKL's, this and the GMK87 are the best we've got. If it was a value pick and layout didn't matter, I definitely would've gone with a Hi75 for a personal board hehe.

For me its kinda aesthetically unpleasing. I hope they just retrain the scroll wheel on the side with the TFT screen close to it. The GMK 87 is a better choice than this one.
