Hello Cath! Thanks for your comment. Karuna Reiki is something I have also been considering to study. I only know one lady who teaches it in Cyprus. It's not free but she does try to keep her prices down since it is her only source of income. If I find anything I will let you know or if I take the course I will share the knowledge here and teach anyone I come into contact with! Please do the same! Alex

No. Not in the sense of emotional or mental healing. But it IS very effective of severing energetic ties and healing the aura of negative influences (negativity). It's very grounding and it's awesome for being able ground ones energies if they're ungrounded.

Of course you can use in self healing... You can reverse the symbol to yourself ✌❤

Are you kidding? Reiki isnt always but can be EXTREMELY dangerous if done haphazardly
