As a trekker I am advising you to please wear light clothes while walking ,just put jacket while resting between walk.Don't worry about sweat . And avoid cotton clothes on your skin during treks.

Day 1 : Thal se paton Gaon tak chle Day 2: Paton Village se lingurani Day 3: Lingurani to Marchhali Village Day 4: Marchhali to Ralam Glacier Hm Ralam Glacier ke bs starting point tak gaye. Agar Mausam accha hota to Ralam Glacier mai Andar tak jaate. Agar Ralam Glacier acche se explore karna hai to Ralam Glacier Tak Pahunchne mai approx 4 Din Lg Jaayenge aur agar Ralam Glacier Ke andar tak jaate ho to 5 Din wahan pahunchne mai lag jaayenge, aur 3 Din Wapas Aane mai lag jaayenge. 7 se 8 Din mai Aap Thal se ralam Glacier ja kar wapas Thal Pahunch jaaoge.
