Excellent video. Your description was very clear and to the point. I feel I have learned something from your video that I can put into practice. I wonder if RBR etc. is same as breakout from a range? e.g. when Bollinger Bands squeeze and eventually price breaks out OR breaks down from a tight range (??). Thanks.

Thanks for leaving a comment, you can quite often see these patterns forming right as price breaks a range, but 9 times out of 10 it’s also removing a previous opposing zone as well.

Thanks for the question, I see these as pauses in price before the continuation. Yes on a lower time frame you will see this as a pullback as a swing not the RBR or DBD zone on the higher time frame

Many thanks and great question! So assuming this candle closed as a bullish closed candle with creating a new high, then I would mark this from the high to low of the candle. So you would want to see a follow through higher on the next candles to be able to draw the zone. I hope this answers your question, any further queries just reply 👍

These areas will show you where price tends to break areas to the left of your screen, so they tend to be a important breakout area, and a zone that can be a important zone to watch for a continuation entry. Very much like a breakout retest but using supply and demand zones

It’s best to use these zones on the higher time frame yes like the daily or weekly, then look to confirm with the lower time frame confirmation entry
