Rally Prepping a RILEY ELF - (Elf Series Ep. 1)

Welcome to our first video! A brief introduction into the channel and where we plan to take it, as well as an introduction into the Riley Elf we plan to take rallying!
In this first episode of the 'Elf Series' we'll give you a quick walk and talk around this particular car, an initial drive and the plans we have with it going forward. More videos will follow with this car, be that in the workshop or out and about, all of which leading up to the Hero Novice Trial in May.

You'll only need to do that for shifting into first or revenge, on the fly! And trying to shove it into revenge while still moving is NOT a good idea! 😲

That brings back memories. I once hitch-hiked for over 330 miles in a Mk. 3 Elf. The driver picked up three hitchers in Plymouth, in 1976, and delivered us all to the addresses we were heading for. The driver was heading for North Yorkshire, and dropped one person off in Coventry, me in the Grimsby area, and the third hiker in Leeds. We just paid for the petrol. I literally stood outside my accommodation at the start of the journey, and the Riley was the first car to arrive on the scene. Door to door hiking is brilliant, when it happens.
