Pretty positive it's just an AI voice. I have noticed that 3/4 of these fact videos are an AI voiceover, because they'll pronounce certain things funny, or they'll pronounce mistakes in the writing of the subtitles.

Another frequent giveaway is when an English, American or Australian-sounding voice is delivering narration that was clearly written by someone for whom English isn't a native language. But while I don't know if it's possible, because I don't use these tools, I'd have thought one should be able to go back and manually correct errors in AI-generated pronunciations and spellings.
