Ralph Hise '00 | App State 2024 Distinguished Alumni

The Distinguished Alumni Award recipient is Senator Ralph Hise, class of 2000. Senator Hise is a UNC System success story. He is an alumnus of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics; graduated from App State with a bachelor’s degree in statistics, and earned a master’s degree in higher education administration from North Carolina State University. This award is presented annually to an alumna or alumnus of Appalachian State University who has attained extraordinary distinction and success in their career, and who has demonstrated exceptional and sustained leadership in their community.
