I’m from the northern part of Belgium, and we were astonished by what our bishops had done. Even Catholics struggling with homosexuality felt abandoned in their struggle and fight in trying to lead a virtuous life. Unbelievable that it happened, but there is a ever growing group of faithful Catholics who are pushing for a truthful path in the Church, like young families and young priests. Pray for our country!

The Church will not fall. Trust in God! Pray for trust! I once saw an interview with my Bishop that worried me, I prayed for trust in the Church and my Bishop and my brain suddenly switched to the good and hopeful passages of the interview. It left me feeling reassured. (I have a good Bishop! But he tries to dance on a tightrope in this secular world, which has to be really difficult) I came back to faith and Church in 2021. I learned to look for the shining core of truth through the fallible people. Nothing is perfect, that also goes for the Church. But she is still guided. It also really helps to remind myself that high Church politics is nothing in my power. It's not where I have to worry about. I have to try and do God's will in my domain. My little family, my little parish. This is where God uses me to turn things and hearts. So this is what needs to concern me. I hope I did not step over any boundaries. I got the impression you needed some reassurance and wanted to tell you about some things that helped me. God bless you!

The majority of Catholics don't really care about the teachings of Holy Mother Church. I live in Canada and it's even worse here. Very little freedom here either. Our good Pro-Life Doctors are vilified constantly and some have had their licenses to practice taken from them for standing firm with their principles: We have, in Canada a dangerous healthcare crisis. Doctors are leaving. Can you blame them? No conscience rights for them. We are as evil as China and North Korea when it comes to the killing of our preborn children. It seems obvious to me that this treatment of some of our best doctors would cause many to steer away from this profession. Sometime this year, I believe, assisted suicide will be of offered to those suffering from mental illness. We all have loved ones who suffer in this way. You don’t kill people who are hurting: you help them!!! My gosh, it’s a no-brainer. Lord, have mercy on our country Crisis Pregnancy Centres are in peril. Catholic High Schools are flying the LGBTQ+ in June the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I can’t even think of a word to describe this sacrilege. The kids in primary schools are taught lies about sexuality and the human body. We have public high schools where teachers can dress in the most sexually perverse ways while in class teaching the students. It is so obvious that this is sexual exploitation of our young ones. It’s child abuse plain and simple You are right when you say "God is giving us many chances to repent" but we ignore them. They are right before our eyes but we can’t see them. At this point, trusting God and praying is so very important, but also, we must make our voices heard. Unfortunately, too many Catholics are sitting back while they watch the boat sink. Thank you all at Renewal Ministries and God bless you. You give me hope. My wish for 2023 is that more of our clergy will join the resistance, Too many are silent. Very sad indeed.

I really appreciate the way you talk about how sacred Scriptures are the most important to learning about God and how to have an intimate relationship with God. The hardest thing for lots of people is to not try to figure out the meaning on their own, but to ask God to give you His wisdom and understanding of what you are reading. I did BIAY and currently CIY, AND I'm ten weeks into Jeff Cavins' Bible Timeline, and one thing I am learning is that evil was prevalent throughout salvation history. But that doesn't mean I like what is happening. So, what can we do besides attend Mass and pray the rosary for our families, our County, and so forth? I'm too old, but I suggest we start to become involved in the school board and higher office. That is one way to take back this country. Indeed there are many committed Catholics who can take that step. I wish I could. Ralph, I grew up in the U.P. in the late 40s and 50s and was saddened when Michigan voted as they did regarding abortion.

Mr Martin, I have watched you for years and wish to thank you for your dedication and continued teaching of Jesus. I would love your input on the following, my daughter and I were on the way to the Encounter Conference. We were discussing the Holy Innocents and what great intercessory power those dear ones have. Then, I thought, perhaps Jesus is allowing this darkness of abortion on earth because so few humans will actually make it to heaven without extreme intercessory prayer from these precious souls. However, Bishop Martin does not advocate for inclusion without repentance. He affirms the Church's teaching that sexual activity should be reserved for married heterosexual couples, and encourages LGBT+ people to live chaste and celibate lives. He also encourages them to seek God's mercy and forgiveness for any sins they may have committed. In short, Bishop Martin advocates for inclusion of LGBT+ people in the Catholic Church while also upholding the Church's teachings on sexual morality and the need for repentance and forgiveness.

Most Catholic's have not received proper catachisis and don't know what is right. But Catholic's pro abortion is unthinkable and they don't know they have excommunicated themselves, while still receiving communion. I'm from Australia and now I'm not proud to be Australian because they to are passing law's on abortion and euthenasia and even finding a priest who will give you the time to make a good confession is rare, and I leave the sacrament with unconfessed sin, or if not sin, time to talk it through. I know our priest's need prayer, if we feel the pressure of evil in the world, how much more our priest's are being harassed by evil. It's must be very difficult for them.
