He IS a GREAT MUSICIAN...altogether, of the calibre of Miles Davis. He was a very formidable creator. Bandleader and Drummer SUPREME. Met you two or three times in Detroit. Love You, and NEVER FORGET YOU, Ralph Peterson, jr. My man.

Sad to hear the news. I used to jam with Ralph back at Douglas College before it was renamed Mason Gross. Great guy. I always would tell him that if I kept playing with him that I would have to quit smoking, in order to keep up with his thundering grooves.
