Thank you so much for this VERY through video! I watched the one from Infotainment 5 times but they are installing this on a 1500. They said to scroll to the end of video to see where to do the bypass gateway but the video just ended and never showed it. I have a 21 Ram 2500 and am expecting my 12" screen to come this Saturday according to UPS, i CAN'T WAIT!!! Thanks! Make sure you watched the part about the back up camera....I kinda got scared thinking I did something wrong, but it takes a couple times to cycle through before it starts working. If you have any questions during the install, just give those guys a call. They are super helpful. Now that I've had mine a while, The only issue I have, is it seems like the thermostat only gives me hot or cold air. no in-between. I don't care because I live in Florida and I want it to be cold 95% of the time. So hopefully yours doesn't do that.

Check the infotainment website. It will have all the details. I've had it for a while now and the only thing that has happened is that the back up camera has got "stuck in the on position" so I'd have to turn off the truck ..let it sit for a few seconds then restart the truck. But that has happened literally like 2 times. So to me it's no big deal.

Your backup camera, was it just a blue screen? I just installed mine a few hours ago and when I put it in reverse nothing happens if I click the camera icon it is just a blue screen. They are currently closed so I cant ask them.
