My favourite actor Ramesh Bhatt 🙏 I love this gentleman ❤️. I don't think this myth about sleeping for 3-4hrs is healthy, it's actually deadly. Only 1% have that genetic predisposition to sleep less. If everybody sleeps for 3-4 hours or less than 7 hours.. You will age faster, die younger.. Lack of sleep causes cancer, brain Hemorrhage, stroke, lowers immunity, changes Gene expression.. That's the worst myth that sleeping less or not sleeping at all is the good sign of hardworking person. That's a dangerous lie, perhaps what took Shankar Nag's life too soon.
