Though he might no longer be in his physical body, Ram Dass always knows exactly what message to bring at the exact right time💖

I don't how he just manages to crystallise these spiritual concepts. Learning so much. I only found out about Ram Dass recently.

I am going through a spiritual awakening and this message just hits me very deep and is very comforting. I want to say thank you Ram Dass for being there for me and sharing your love, kindness and wisdom. May we all turn on the spiritual path towards enlightenment.

Its Incredible how Ram Dass can explain all these different aspects of the spiritual journey in different levels of consciouness and planes....the clarity is incredible....probrably because he started out as a Psychologist first.

Mygod does anyone feel like they are in a direct dialogue with Ram vis a vis KZbin algorithm? I have a SPeCIFIc QuEStIOn come into my mind, then not much later I come on here to a random video and that very question is answered. This morning I was feeling dismayed by my lack of progress in face of some big hardships in my life (as in why am I lost again and again in the anxieties) and while the world would say what I am facing is huge, I know the circumstances are not what’s important but how much awareness I bring to them. It can easily sound like metaphysical babble but Ram is literally speaking directly to my pain and joy right now. Anyone else?

I feel this way with Terence McKenna. I believe I’m inadvertently taking on his observations and reasoning patterns. Quite strange to have a very real, friend-like relationship with a person who’s been dead for 20 years who I have never met. Makes me understand the linguistics of Christianity: “Christ really spoke to me through this scripture.” I used to roll my eyes at this type of statement.

I don't know why I am writing this or why am I here, but still somehow bouncing video to video I reached here. Since there is no one to talk here with me , I am putting it here.... I am lost in life, darkness all around , can't focus on anything, future is dark as hell and each moment I am losing interest in living life itself. I don't know what my actions are going to be, I just can't see myself existing coming year. F my life

Don't plan for the future for now and don't strive to be anything extra, look at the expectations you have for yourself and weigh weather or not they are realistic, explore life with no expectations and see what happens. Don't expect to get anything out of life and simply try to be as lucid in the moment as possible. Try and find peace. I wish you the best

Your not alone. I am here too. Right now im just trying to take it one day at a time, and not think of the future. It helps. Only fokusing on one thing, one moment at a time. Healing is not linear. Try and find something you are grateful for, small things. And small accomplishments, things like making ur bed or doing the dishes. Little by little and it will grow to better days. Remember everything is temporary, the suffering will pass. It gets better. Hopelessness is very painful experience. But Light will come back you again.💛 Sending you a digital hug💛

I bet almost all people that found spirituality went through something similar so you're definitely not alone, when it intensifies it's called "the dark night of the soul", remember that the night gets darkest before the sun start to rise. Also it might be the case that your dopamine receptors are fucked up from all the social media we usually consume, dopamine regulates the circuits of reward on the brain, by scrolling you're continuously rewarding yourself for just that, and the dopamine hits that social media gives us are pretty strong, after a while the brain starts to seek those cheap dopamine hits instead of pursuing long term goals which actually benefits us and makes us thrive in life, and it's even worse than a waste of time, by continuously feeding the brain with content that stimulates us and is not connected to the previous one you're training it to lose the capacity to focus on something for more than a couple of seconds, and not only that, that context switching that you continuously do while scrolling drains the fuel that the brain uses, so you basically end up dumb, without the capacity to focus and exhausted from all the stimulus. If you want some practical advice to start getting out of that, there are a lot of options, meditation, starting practicing a sport that you enjoy, exercise, eating a bit healthier, going to sleep and waking up early. You don't have to do it all, just pick one and commit on doing the smallest step that'd take you out of that hole, let's say exercise, just leave your phone aside, get to the floor and do 1 or 2 pushups, and notice the difference on how you feel, or maybe go out on a walk, when you finished doing that remember to reward yourself, "I'm taking a step into the right direction which will heal my life", start small, repeat next day, add one more small change and there you go, just take the first step and you'll get out of it, don't ever believe the mind when it says "It's pointless, I won't commit to this, I never do, ..." the mind doesn't want to change, change is like dying for it and it will fight by lying to you by making excuses on why you can't do it, as Marcus Aurelius said "if it's humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach". Hope this helps.

1. Get some exercise - your body is your temple! .Take care of it 2. Avoid alcohol and drugs completely. 3. Eat fresh food - no fast food /processed foods. 4. Listen to a Ram Dass talk every day. Do these 4 things for 1 month and experience a miracle happen...
@@auxzilla5495 Ram is the name of one of the forms of God from the ancient vedic texts, he is the ideal human the perfect man. Anyways you chant his name to call him. It’s like ringing a dinner bell, if someone calls your name over and over than of course your going to go over there
