it seems deepika has a hard time speaking english sometimes. she cannot formulate her thoughts properly in english sometimes and ranveer has to help her with some words. compared to deepika, ranveer is more articulate and is really eloquent and never stumbles upon words.

UnSq That's equally bad and perpetuates the notion that women are weak. Through the 80's and 90's the roles of the tramp and the lady were separate. But even then the leading actresses were portrayed as helpless victims at worst and as upholders of "Indian values" (anchors of family and keeping the family affairs in check) at best. Starting around mid 2000's those roles converged and now we have actresses playing a superficial bimbo role without much thought put into portraying women as free individuals with goals and ambitions just like men.
