@@grumpytank2927 i can relate. I found that anxiety stems from a feeling of not being enough (smart enough/strong enough/good enough) for life. To counter that we try to overthink, over plan, over prepare. We then get stuck in that pattern where our minds are too busy to even breathe properly. My relief has come from pranayama and yoga. After a few months of work, I can now sleep through the night, which I hadn't been able to do in 5 years.
