Education is already free. Salaries of government teachers or lecturers have much higher salaries than private schools and colleges. Government schools and colleges have huge land in all towns, villages and cities . Private schools on other hand runs in match box size buildings. What else you need sir? Private schools are national and government schools are force artificial. Owner constantly monitors and try to get best results so that he can grow the school and better his own life. Government ran institutions are not natural. No one takes ownership there.
