The problem with mutual funds & fixed deposits with private companies is while withdrawing the money they say signature doesn't match and reject the refund three times. For old people it is a night mare. It happend to my father, who stay in a village near Rajahmundry. He recently expired. We lost lot the money.

These days you can withdraw on fingertips with demat account thru mobile phones...if u really decode the real estate returns percentage like CAGR it will not beat stock market return..in specific cases id u r lucky u get good value... real-estate is not for small investors but stock market is for everyone...u can buy real estate with loans and banks itself will take 10%
