Can you see anything cruise control related? Like what speed you’re set at, weather or not it’s set or not set

I don't recall seeing anything at all related to cruise control. I find it hard to believe it's not lurking out there on the CAN Bus, but the way this works is there are standards for basic data from the car's computer, and anything not specified is usually proprietary to the manufacturer. These data structures are called PIDs and there's probably a way to get them from the ProMaster if the PIDs are documented. I have a few days off work around the upcoming holidays and I'll see if I can figure out how to do it with the tablet and bluetooth setup I used in this video.

So we bought a Class B RV made from a 2021 Promaster 3500 and I went to connect up the OBD scanner and something is already plugged in to the OBD. WTF? Can I unplug it and plug my scanner in or what?

That's interesting. If it's attached to a cable, it might be used for an aftermarket gauge cluster type device, such as the ScanGauge II. If it's just a small wireless device like what I have in this video, it could be a few different things, but it's curious that it would have been installed before you took delivery, unless you bought it used. You can safely unplug it. Can you find any brand names, part numbers or any identifying marks on the device? I could try to help you figure out what it's for.

@@NoahAxon Hey thanks Noah. Yeah…I guess it’s a scanner of some type because some engine and tire pressure info show up on the aftermarket Pioneer screen. I don’t know how to get to that screen yet but I’m guessing that info comes from the OBD. I guess I can disconnect that, plug in my Carly scanner and just plug this one back in afterwards without damage.

will it work with iphone?

You need a different program and a different Bluetooth OBD2 adapter for modern iOS devices. We couldn't get this adapter to work with my dad's iPhone. I can't make any recommendations, but I've seen them for sale.
