Admiring SadhGuru's glowing face, I slowly began to notice a Trishul in his forehead, it became clear and clear. A beautiful Trishul and this clearly demonstrates the three main nadi, or energy channels (ida, pingala and shushmana) meet at the brow. No wonder he is glowing like that. Beautiful!
