This film is based on real life serial killer named Raman Raghav from Mumbai during 1960's. Anurag Kashyap had a hard time with CBFC (censor board) in clearing the film without any cuts due to some extreme scenes. Nevertheless, every time Kashyap submits a film for clearance, one expects fireworks! 😂😂
