Dali Mpofu is in my book one of the worst legal practitioner that I have ever listened to and observed. He think that sophistry rather than legal acumen can proffer and win a legal argument. I doubt how he become a senior counsel. He is appalling and always makes legally unsound arguments and can't support his version with clear and cogent legal principles or case law. He is just milking Jakob Zuma and will continue to record losses. He has hopelessly lost this case by a long short. It is embarrassing to listen to his incoherent legal logic and poorly constructed unconvincing examples.
