Thankyou for making us feel as if we are walking through Japan

I love the Tokyo night walks! I play them on my tv, with the lights off and the sound up just enough to sound just like I’m back there. Sometimes it’s the sounds that remind me of walking around Tokyo with my fiancé more than the scenery. Can’t wait to be back in my adopted second home this autumn. ありがとございました

I was in Ginza years ago and there was this perfect moment where someone was playing Somewhere Over the Rainbow on a saxophone. Here you are in Ginza and there's someone playing that instrument. Goosebumps! Love your videos.

As i'm getting older and older, Japan just feels like the place where I wanna live and die. The lights, the streets, the low noise, the calm vibe that every corner of those places show... It's like magic. And it really works like magic to me. I've never been in Japan in my life, not even out of my country (Brazil), but it seems like I've already live a thousand lives in Japan. And all of those momentos were incredible. Thank you for making videos such as this, where I just close myself to the world of Brazil and get in another complete different universe, in which I can just walk miles and miles without any concern or worry. You are sharing magic. One day I hope to walk in streets as these and feel the magic in person.

I really like how you start the video every time from below, like in a game where your avatar gets aware and starts to look up, starting from the view on the ground. That makes it even more look like a game. Also the way how you walk! Awesome, keep up the good work!

Love the city night walks! What a beautiful scene at 19:40... walking along a perfectly symmetrical walkway, well-lit, and an elevated train progressing in the distance. Sort of like a tranquil, non-threatening Bladerunner world.

See the people drinking munich beer at 6:21 (where I am from) is so strange. :) Love the nightwalks, I love to stroll around during the night here as well. But had somtimes strange encounters, even one dangerous one. But in Tokio every place is safe.
@masatsune34936 жыл бұрын
you even do not get "spaten" beer in northern germany, to see it thousands of miles away is strange in my view. :)
@vfvfrus64596 жыл бұрын
Masatsune, you may be surprised but Spaten (Made in Germany) is sold in Russia almost everywhere in most popular grocery chain stores.
@masatsune34936 жыл бұрын
Really? Sad thing is, this beer (Spaten means "Shovel" in German) is not considered the best of munich beers, I personally avoid it all cost. ;)
@vfvfrus64596 жыл бұрын
Masatsune, Absolutely. I am not a beer consumer, but can guess that it is still better than local beer (not taking in account craft beer which is not bad)
@masatsune34936 жыл бұрын
I consider the local beer not bad, I liked Yebisu and Asahi during my vacation there, they make good stuff in my opinion. But Kirin was not to my taste.

For me Japan would be the closest thing to a utopian country. Its modern infrastructure influenced by Japanese aesthetics, in general, resembles brochures that show a color sketch of an ideal and orderly imaginary city, where its people look civilized and well dressed, without tattoos or piercings, vandals, gangs, drug dealers and garbage.

you are wrong : it has nothing to do with money Japan's public debt stands at 243.2% of GDP it's the biggest debt of the G7 we learn that development results from indebtedness and not from work or from anything else the current "civilization" is not one in fact ... it is a fait accompli of bankers and global financial institutions sticking the qualifier "human" to capitalism ...it can look like a bit of madness it is better to see in Japanese culture the influence of its philosophy and its religious beliefs than that of the capitalist theories ... its intrinsically Japanese elements are at the origin of the craze of people for Japan
