Christmas has always been a hard time of year because something bad always seemed to happen especially a few days before Christmas because that's when my birthday is so I began to dread Christmas but listening to audios like this make me feel a little better

I feel the being lonely thing. I mean I have friends who care about me, but what can I really do about being lonely even when I’m surrounded by them? I mean I’m happy in the moment, but after I just… I wish I knew how many of them would actually be there for me during hard times.

Totally relate to this. This Christmas seems hard. 1st one without someone important. I have friends, good ones, family is far away. I'm glad I'll kinda be working some of it. But I hope you, and everyone have a good time.

This year I had Chirstmas and will have New year alone for the first time of my life. I feel really lonely and sad but my tears remains dry. I just tell everyone I am fine because they are worrying about me but I hate getting them worried about it. It is pretty ambarrassing in fact. All for this to say thank you for you audio.
