SNOW CAMPING WITH RV AND WINTER GARDEN

Hi y'all,
We had added a winter garden to our RV this week. We joined our RV with our inflatable tent. And we had this useful "inflatable RV" :) And with the stove, we had a perfect winter garden. We were so happy with this camp, and we hope you will too. Please enjoy..

Thank you so much🥹🥰💚 Ingredients for Eggplant Bundle with Meatballs Recipe (Toothpick Kebab) 4 eggplants Green pepper Cherry tomato For Meatballs; 400g minced meat 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 egg 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs 1 pinch of parsley 1 teaspoon of salt Half a teaspoon of black pepper Half a teaspoon of chili pepper 1 teaspoon cumin For the sauce; 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon of salt 2 cups hot water How to Make Eggplant Bundle with Meatballs Recipe (Toothpick Kebab) Let's put the minced meat, grated onion and garlic into a kneading bowl suitable for the meatballs. Let's knead by adding eggs, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, chili pepper and cumin. After the ingredients combine well with each other, let's tear off walnut-sized pieces, roll them in our hands and shape them by pressing on them. Let's stretch the shaped meatballs and keep them aside. Peel the eggplants in stripes, cut them into long strips, and let them sit in salt water for 15-20 minutes.
