Rambling about ear conditions ( Mastoid surgery, patulous eustachian tubes and pulsatile tinnitus ).

Hi guys,
Just a little video with my ramblings about some ear conditions. Sorry if any information happens to be a little off ( and please feel free to correct me ), i'm still learning as i go but thought it would be great to document this journey before and after surgery.
I just want to point out, i did mention i used to do the reverse valsalva maneuver when younger and sniffed in a lot to try and fix my PET, however, i do NOT advise anyone suffering with this to carry out this method! It does damage the ears sniffing in so hard, so please please do not do this if you are suffering from PET, so sorry i forgot to mention this in the video. There are many knowledgeable doctors who specialise in PET, so if you believe you are suffering from this please check out support pages which should have a list of any doctors who may be able to help.
