i found that if i just removed caffeine that fixed most of my sleep issues entirely. and then on top of that i did all the other stuff like blackout curtains, cold room, hot shower 2hr before bed, glycine etc. but there are some other sleep stuff that people dont think enough about like not eating 3-4hr before bed, no liquids, alooot of exercise during the day to build sleep pressure etc. fun video bro !

Thanks man! Blackout curtains are a must for sure. I’ve been experimenting with a White Noise machine now to see how that also affects my sleep. Glad you liked it!
