They took his driver's license when the beat him up in their first encounter. That's how they knew where he lived. Many states in the U.S. have laws like the Castle Doctrine or Stand Your Grand laws the allow a property owner to use deadly force to protect the people and property if anyone comes on to their property. Real war is hell not pretty this is why Special Forces around the world especially in U.S. U.K. Isreal and many other bring a level fierce brutality that doesn't just defeat the enemy on the Field but strikes fear in anyone that even thinks of opposing them in future. This is what await the cartels disregarding President Trump's warning. They see a 78-year-old man talking but should fear the ones he sends not him.

Farewell, Sgt. Juanito James "John" Rambo. By the order of Col. Trautman in his will, the war is finally over. The battles are done. You have fought your last war and battle. It's OK to have a rest, it's OK to feel pain. It's OK to let out what you're going through. We all lose loved ones in life, no matter what. We live through similar circumstances like you. We feel you. Remember, your loved ones and close friends will be with you. Their memories besides you live forever. Rest in peace John Rambo - hero of the world. 😢😭🙏🏻💔✝️🕊 Thank you David Morrell for creating John Rambo to life with the First Blood novel. Thank you Sylvester Stallone, for telling the story of John Rambo in the five movies you did (4th and now Last Blood are my fav sequels), thank you to the cast and crew of all the films for adding their uniqueness to the saga of Rambo. What an ending. My theory on him riding the horse into the sunset is in fact him riding into the afterlife via the gates of heaven. In realistic terms, with a combination of old age, exhaustion, two life-threatening gunshot wounds w/ resulting blood loss, there’s no chance in hell that Rambo would survive all of that. Stallone made it clear when did Last Blood that he’s officially done with Rambo. He bid farewell to Rocky Balboa in Creed 2. Lastly, the ending could’ve been longer this is how I’d see it: The moment Rambo stepped out of the horse stables and limped to his rocking chair in the porch, that remains the same. There is no narration during the final few moments of our legendary war hero as we see him succumbing to his injuries - a close up shot of Rambo’s face as he’s closing his eyes and breathing his last breath, head slopped on right side. Establishing shot of the Rambo farmhouse wreckage remains the same. Camera fades to black, shot opens with quick cut to a group of people gathering together near the tree where Gabriela and Rambo’s parents are buried. But those people aren’t only there for them, they’re here for John Rambo. The following funeral attendees are as followed (they’re from all 5 Rambos btw): *Governor of Washington state Mitch Rodgers, formerly deputy of Hope Sheriff Department *Will Teasle, former sheriff of Hope Sheriff Department and wheelchair-bound due to injuries he received *Retired CIA operative Michael Ericson *Afghanistan retired freedom fighters Masoud, Mousa Ghani and the grown-up Hamid *Colorado Church missionaries Michael Burnett and his wife Sarah Miller *Mercenaries Schoolboy the sniper, Lewis the loudmouth and Reese “the Tombstone” *Burmese resistance leader Myint and a few fellow gunrunners *Maria Beltran - Gabriela’s grandmother and Rambo’s “godsister” *Independent journalist Carmen Delgado - now a Nobel Prize recipient for her journalism All of them are paying their respects delivering their final goodbyes to the man who made a good difference to the world. Once everybody leaves, we get a moving shot that doesn’t stop until we get to a series of family photos of Rambo with his parents, then him with Gabriela and Maria, This is where Rambo’s ending narration performed by the legendary Sylvester Stallone comes in. Screen fades to black, the end credits roll as normal.

The tunnels are very similar to the kinda tunnels that the Vietcong used in Vietnam to surprise the Americans and get around undetected, although I’m pretty sure the ones in Vietnam were a bit smaller The whole tunnel action scene is so good, especially the start of it where there’s no music at all. It kinda feels like a horror movie and I love the way when the music kicks in it just feels like Rambo is now in full control and fully back to who he used to be

I understand why you feel a little disappointed, but this movie that Silverter Stallon made at this time in Mexico there were hundreds of brothels with young kidnapped girls who over time appeared dead, that's why Rambo took that direction. Stallon has always tried to inform the world of what really happens in the world, however cruel it may seem, with the only difference that in the movies he appears to punish and make the punishment as cruel as the badguys themselves.

When the collar bone scene took place, people were literally squirming in their seats. Meanwhile I had a big smile on my face because finally it felt like a Rambo movie. I know some people hate this movie, but living in a border state, I liked this movie. The cartels are the worst. This is actually tame compared to real life. Rambo was able to save people in every movie… except this one 😢

The producers kicked this plotline around for a long time. When they didn't use it for 4, there was a movement right after 2008 to plan to film it as 5. But someone had an alternate story idea: The US military creates a genetically-altered creature, naturally it gets loose, and Rambo is brought in to hunt it down. They finally dropped that idea and went back to this one. Maybe this is a bit out of character to the rest of the series. But chasing a literal monster would've been WAY out.

PLEASE LADIES! Watch Stallone in 1981 "NIGHTHAWKS "!!! Literally the most underrated police drama of all time. Shot in London, Paris, and New York - Stallone plays Deke DaSilva a New York police detective fighting international terrorism in America 20 years before 9-11-2001!

@@MikeJohnMentzerI agree. Including the non franchise ones like : Daylight, Cliffhanger, Nighthawks, Lock Up, Paradise Alley, F.I.S.T. - and Expendables. I'm sure they've seen Rocky because the young lady on the right says she always "fancied" Stallone when she was younger.

Sorry ladies, but YES, this movie definitely deserves the hate that it's been getting, and it is as BAD as most people say it is. The fact that there are people in this comment section who keep trying to defend this movie by saying "It doesn't deserve the hate it's getting" proves my point. It never fails, whenever there's a movie or TV show that is panned by the majority of critics and audience members alike for blatantly obvious reasons, here come the naysayers with the same old rhetoric, "It doesn't deserve the hate it gets" or "it's not as bad as everyone says it is." "Rambo: Last Blood" is f**king terrible, and there's no hemming and hawing around it. For the life of me, I'll never understand why Stallone did this movie? It's not like he needed the money. Sly has made some questionable creative decisions in the past, but this movie just might take the cake. I mean this flick surpasses "Rhinestone" in terms of "What the F**k was Stallone thinking" moments. You have John Rambo, the ultimate LONER hero, and now for some inexplicable reason he's saddled with a makeshift family. It's never explained how Gabriel and her grandmother came into his life. Why is Rambo spinning around on a horse? Why are there tunnels underneath the house? Why does Gabriela, a girl who obviously has had a good life all of a sudden want to go to one of the most dangerous places in the world to find a father she's never known. Most teenagers in her position and at her age wouldn't give a damn about a deadbeat dad who abandoned them. Rambo's running around Mexico beating down everyone complicit in Gabriela's abduction yet Gabriela's female friend (supposedly) the one who sold her out in the first place, gets sparred his wrath. If that was me, I would've broken every bone in that bitch's body. Then there's that female reporter who pops up in the movie for a hot second. Other than patching Rambo up, she served absolutely no purpose. The cartel gets to the house and everyone goes running inside with no strategic plan on how to take Rambo out. They just go down into the tunnels all willy-nilly without ever thinking once that Rambo may be leading them into a trap. All of the action scenes are atrocious consisting of choppy editing and shaky camera movements. But what irks me the most above everything else in this movie is that Rambo failed. John Rambo does not fail when he's on a mission. But, for whatever reason, the creatives behind "Rambo: Last Blood" thought it was a good idea to have this innocent teenage girl, repeatedly drugged, raped and eventually die. Yet, in the previous film, Julie Benz's character Sarah Miller's virtue and dignity were sparred long enough for Rambo and the gang to get to her in time just before she was about to be violated. Although I feel that "Rambo 4" (Rambo) is a vastly superior film to "Last Blood", I've always felt that Sarah not being sexually assaulted by the Burmese soldiers before Rambo's arrival was some straight-up bullshit. Now, please don't get me wrong, I not saying I want to see a woman get raped but let's be real, from the time Sarah and the other Christian Missionaries were caught and word of her capture got back to Rambo, it had to be at least a day or two. Then the boat trip that Rambo and the mercenaries took to get to Sarah took at least a day. In that time span, the Burmese soldiers had plenty of time to have their way with her, and realistically they would have. But Stallone and those behind "Rambo 4" know that at the end of the day, John Rambo is a fantastical fictional character and it's best to have him successfully rescue Sarah and her companions. Somehow that was forgotten in this movie and as a result, Gabriela suffered a grisly fate. Not cool. For those who like "Rambo: Last Blood", more power to you. Enjoy. Ladies, I saw in the comments section that one of the movies you two will be watching soon is the original "Robocop (1987)." You two are in for a treat.
