21:00 back when i played on bo2 we came to the conclusion that theres no such thing as bad play aslong as the result is what you want, like over extending to flip spawns isn't always bad and can actually be really useful.. even if youre on a strongside... if you got a good play to make that will catch them by surprise... or perhaps it will set you up for the next hardpoint then go for it. Simple rule = stay in control by catching them by surprise

I was stoked when OpTic picked him up during the merge with nV, but it’s clear that it just wasn’t the best match right now. no people are quick to forget they won a major with him right away. In the end his style of coaching just didn’t work out with the attitude the players have (mainly dashy). he can easily lead another team to success if they buy in to his system, optic simply didn’t.

I think you're forgetting optic dropped a whole podcast first giving their side of the story which prompted a stream from dashy. Dashy only matched what was shown towards him after being benched. He quite literally said he wasn't going to say anything until that podcast dropped

You can deny it all you want, but he's a proven coach It was personnel issues and people not meshing well together, which happens all the time in the real world. Even the pros themselves, you'll see one player not do well and switches teams, all of a sudden they play better in a different environment. Team dynamics, coaching styles, generally getting along with your teammates - there's far too many factors involved for this to somehow boil down to he's a terrible coach. Man, y'all are crazy with this Rambo talk. Regardless of what went down in the Optic camp, he didn't deserve to go out the way he did. He's definitely not some chump or bum ass coach that so many people are making him out to be just because they're a Dashy fanboy. Ultimately, it was just a personality difference/coaching style that was the deciding factor and like he's brought up before, the players are the ones who make the call. But to be 100%, at the worst, Rambo was just too strict or harsh or stubborn and that's why they didn't get along. Whereas Dashy straight put him on blast on social media, which was very wrong to do. And on top of that, Dashy has a track record of being late or not having the best attitude from previous teammates, like the bias is unreal yo. I just feel like nobody stuck their neck out for Rambo, from top to bottom in Optic. At the end of the day, I wish the best for both of them and hope that y'all can one day hash it out.

Ray seems like a good dude but he still clearly won’t take accountability for his departure. You can tell he still puts it on Dashy. It’s obvious Ray failed on multiple levels. I think the one thing that isn’t mentioned enough though is that Scumps consistent indecision hurt the team massively. It hurt Dashy and Ray, Scump deserves a lot of blame on the dysfunction the team had. I love the King but it just isn’t fair to brush over that
