This is exactly what I missed on KZbin - in-depth ramda analysis. Thanks a lot, I'm looking forward.

At the second minute I have realized that this tutorial is awesome. The only thing I regret about is that I have not watched it before. Thanks a lot!

In this series, you want to express(emphasize) how functional programming works and what is their main functionality is that right?
@ChristopherOkhravi6 жыл бұрын
Indeed. But by concretely looking at the Ramada library. By doing so I’m hoping that it will be a bit more concrete and applicable for us hackers :)

5:55 when somebody asks me to explain imperative/OO-code
@sacredgeometry4 жыл бұрын
Then you are writing terrible imperative/ OO code (which was in part created for more legible modelling). it should literally be a list of almost plain english instructions telling you what the software is doing. There is space for both declarative and imperative code. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. I for instance would really not want do any sort of templating in an imperative syntax. The problem comes when idiots start writing code and their prevalence to start religions about how using hammers to remove screws is obviously the most sensible way to do it.

yo man it would be cool if you hi passed your audio a bit the sound of your keystrokes is super loud and distracting for me
@ChristopherOkhravi6 жыл бұрын
Sorry about that! Audio is improved at episode 22 and onwards. It would be super great if you could check if the keystrokes are too loud in a few episodes at and after 22. At that point I started to use a mic arm which seems to reduce the key noise drastically. In some of the videos after 22 I'm also using a towel under the keyboard but in most of them I'm forgetting to :( Please do let me know after you've checked them out (if you can) so that I know whether the issue still needs addressing. Thanks a ton for letting me know about this issue!! :)
