27:57 - I know I'm going to get some hate for it, but that kind of stuff feels a little bit powergamey to me. If animation canceling or binding seat swaps for cars are things that NoPixel considers 'cheating' or powergaming, then surely using an emote to instantly go prone and then snap back up faster than a COD character is a little powerful and maybe something we shouldn't do on the server. Edit: I forgot to mention, animation canceling out of taser as well. Genuine question, but isn't that..cheating?

I think the bit which looks like the tazer hits and the slump cancels the effect is just lag. In Randy's eyes he would have fully dodged, but to others it looks like it hit. As for whether the actual slump as a dodge is valid honestly not entirely sure. I've seen others do it and it was pretty baller, so I tend to just think of it as dodging, which is possible irl just difficult, much like the slump

K has a warrant for something and him accessing his bank tells them where he’s at because they are attempting to locate him and if he gets caught he gets 9s

K has a 9's warrant for witness tampering and since thats such a "high-level" crime, anytime K accesses an ATM or a bank, it pings the cops telling them that he has been seen there. Kinda whack if you ask me since rp-wise K could just "have one of his boys pull money out for him." IRL they would just freeze the account which would make more sense if they just did that instead of instantly "tracking" him every time he hit an atm

It's crazy how Ramee can be mad at anyone but himself here.. The cop that "literally ran me over, and didn't even stop to ask if I was okay and just asked for 77s.." only ran him over because dumbass jumped off the bridge right in the cops speeding SUV path... Then as the cop slowly started to move towards him, maybe to ask if hes okay, maybe not, we'll never know... Mr. Ramee started running away from him.. and apparently doesn't seem to care at this point if the cop wanted to say anything to him or not. Then right as his friend rams into Ramee, another car NVLs his own life, and drives headfirst into the PD SUV. So I wonder why at that point the cop decided to say fuck how Ramee is doing, its time to worry about my own well being now.

With Ks warrant the police get atm location pings when the person with the warrant uses the atm like K did. They literally said the cops were right near them when they got to the atm and K still decided to use it knowing the cops would be pinged. This is a normal thing with large warrants and has to be approved by a judge. Michael Simone had the same thing and kept messing with the cops.
