Yeah, I'm not sure what could have happened otherwise, though. He asked for a lawyer so the cops can't question him and need to talk to Ramee instead. Ramee can talk with him but he needs to talk to the cops.

Suarez saying "we can run plates whenever" after doing a U-turn just to do it says a lot. I think he completely misses the point. In the city of Los Santos the players stand out from the locals. So by them just running plates on obvious players is VERY lazy RP. If they would set up a traffic stop or set up on the side of a road to check plates on cars that run by. That would be a way better approach. They would actually perform some solid RP while doing it too. I feel cops are just slowly turning back into doing these brain dead things like in 3.0.
