Ramee was worried at the time they would find his blood by MRPD because he fell off the roof or something. Not listed in evidence though. So no positive ID at SDSO, and no physical evidence even suggesting he was at MRPD. Very strong case they have here. Ramee is chillin.

Insane to me that there's cops that wont GSR test/collect simple things like casings/DNA on scenes and are so set on going so hard on crims for certain things, meanwhile you have cops/judges like this, that put this much work when they basically have one piece of evidence (correct me if I'm wrong, didn't catch this entire thing) that being Ramee's blood at that one scene, which isn't even the scene where Baas died. (unless this is a "just for content trial," but if that's the case idk why they chose to 24hr hold/HUT him when they could just chill until the case is ready/100% time set on a bail hearing so Ramee isn't in Limbo)

For some reason people seem to think you have to have a confession to lose a court case… brother they are painting the bigger picture of the situation. More than likely the argument from the cops will be Ramee and k/cg f’ing with carmine is what caused baas’ death. Not that they purposefully tried to kill baas. Also each report, it’s not like the entire thing is the evidence they are pointing at. Most likely it might be 1 sentence worth for most reports, rather than the whole report that has relevant information.

​@@Psycom5k1 Idk about that -- K would be way more likely to have a charge like that stick given him keeping Baas near the bomb then refusing to diffuse it, which I think they know and he's not even named as a defendant in the suit. I don't think you need a confession/direct evidence, just need to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, which I don't think they could even do for manslaughter, but we'll see what happens with them being prosecuted by a judge who hates their guts OOC =/
