nice tuning, an S+ rear engine car that turns like a pickup truck and barely goes 120... sO ReAlIsTiC. meanwhile cop cars are cracked and always will be. its so strange that koil knows there are issues all over the pd and the city, and talks about fixing them but when it comes down to fixing it, he only puts a bandaid on the issue without cleaning out all the bad shit meaning the cops and admins that clearly go out of their way to abuse power to hold over people
