Thats a good idea, they should purge all the cops that don't have any prio aside from cop prio and force them to actually RP and obtain normal prio then they can be eligible to be a cop again, 90% of PD going to be down bad if that happens

Agreed i think making all cops prove they can RP before becoming a cop and earn auto Prio is a good idea personally. I think you also wipe the Bias Admins and the Admins who have Grudges on people or just have a clean slate of Admins.

Pretty sure koil has mentioned purging the pd atleast 100 times by now, and its still yet to happen. I doubt the admins which consists of 90% cops wouldn't allow that to happen without throwing a fit about it aswell

I don't think they will need to ban so many people. Just one or two actual permanent bans from being a cop and the rest will fall in line.

It's one thing to say it it's another to do it.. because I feel like he will have 1 conversation with HC and they will say if we do that we won't have enough cops and then nothing will change. It's what always happens

This Fix for this is exactly how they say, the problem was the mass recruiting and the mass recruiting happened to prevent burnout and the rampant crime that was happening. Cops cudnt respond to it all, so if they do this they would have to limit the amount of criminal activity a group can do in a week, say 1 bank job every couple of days so the police can get a chance to breathe. By doing so the Crims and Civs will have more opportunities to roleplay instead of loggin into the server to spam whatever they get on the app. While the PD can focus on quality recruiting to have a better overall Police department. If they just up and purge the cops and dont adjust the amount of crime, its going to be boring fast.

Make Training/newly elected or cops below certain rank only carry taser. They need to have a senior officer with them. Make going patrol a duo of senior/junior if there is more than 30 cops.

Imagine the rp that everyone could have gotten from this if it wasnt ruined... the cops should be just as upset by the bs because they could have had loads of rp by tracking all the drugs and guns and etc over months and months and slowly collecting charges and evidence and all sorts of things let alone the rp ruined for everyone else in the city
