Their response to hearing that she quit was not to figure out why she quit but to turn around and come up with reasons for her to be fired and complain about her as an officer. The response to hearing that someone quit should be concern because that means that you or your fellow management has failed that employee. People don't quit for no reason. The least you can do is understand their point of view first before figuring out what to do next, because someone quitting usually is the root of a bigger problem with the department that needs to be addressed.

I called this. The moment Opal started getting a lot of positive attention from the crim audience/CG audience and crim streamers/CG, she got a target on her back from gossiping highschoolers in PD. It's exactly the same when a crim main goes and plays cop. It even happened yesterday with Client playing Mr. Worldwide. 2 cop mains were talking down to him about ''doing his job.'' They can't handle crim mains or fun cops. NP even has a PD history of ridiculing ''fun cops.'' Conan can get a way with a lot because Ramee is a big streamer. And EVEN he gets a lot of gossipers and highschool level haters within PD. For smaller steamers its even worse. They get ganged up on and pushed aside.
