Remember the investigation going down with Roll bills that dean drop completely. Pretty much Suarez abuse it little bit too far and than he was suspend for a bit and than there was no communication with him as he soon login he was fired from PD. So roleplay denied just shitty OOC. CG SUAREZ

The rolled cash was originally instigated by yuno. Yuno gave dean rolled cash way back in beginning like first week in 4.0. Red band, green band, blue, white, & so on as a troll.
