Clean Manor is a fully custom MLO that replaces the actual replicant building already there. Ramee’s mansion isn’t a custom MLO, it just has custom assets added by the devs on and around the property. More than likely, the code that runs the realtor sales script in NP still had the address of Ramee’s Mansion in its table and that is what created this whole RP scenario and allowed Shelly to purchase it. Whereas since Clean Manor has been replaced entirely with its custom MLO, it wouldn’t be on the Realtor’s App table. TLDR: Two different types of assets and code between the two building. It’s a common occurrence in RP servers on servers that accept cash payments for imported locations/MLO’s, and it’s likely a code fuck up.

FiveM is a nightmare when it comes to locations. 3D artists that import custom builds (known as MLO’s) will replace a set of coordinates on the base GTA Map and obviously whatever building was located on the base map. These MLO’s often use custom scripts, high res designs, whatever it may be. A prime example would be the Ramee’s Gallery that had to get removed due to poor performance. Most likely too high res or too many custom assets or code, whatever- point being it was designed poorly for 250+ player FiveM servers. This was a custom building and interior. When a coder wants to create something like a Realitor App to sell houses to players, each building & room needs to be assigned one of those coordinates i mentioned earlier. Those coordinates are pre-embedded to the base GTA Map. Ramee’s Mansion in the after-mentioned comments was a building that already existed on the base map, and instead of replacing the building that was already there, some clever interior designers (a whole different sub-section of code goes into this) and 3D artists modified some of its exterior designs all within the confines of the NoPixel framework. Obviously meaning it’s base set of coordinates remained unchanged, and the realitors app would read it as a normal building either assigned to a player or free for purchase. I’ve been in the FiveM community for over 6 years and am a writer for a few major RP servers so I’ve had the pleasure of seeing servers get built and know a lot of the ins and outs of FiveM base, ESX, and custom frameworks 😄
